Thought Whisper
Thought Whisper sends a short message to one willing creature the caster can see. It can help coordinate a simple step without calling aloud. In a story, it is useful for discreet cooperation, but its capabilities are small and precise: it sends one sentence in the caster's voice, rather than a whole conversation or a secret search through another mind.
It makes sense to prepare a brief piece of information, such as a warning or an agreed signal. The recipient does not gain the ability to reply through the same spell. The caster also does not learn the target's unspoken thoughts. Willingness and visibility must be maintained, so the message cannot simply be sent to an unknown opponent behind a wall or anyone on the other side of the world.
Exact effect: Sends the target one short mental sentence in the caster's voice. Does not read the target's thoughts. Target: 1 willing creature within sight. Duration: instantaneous. Restrictions: one sentence; no reply. Using it requires at least Intelligence 6, the appropriate casting ability, and knowledge of this spell. Meeting the numerical requirements alone does not grant knowledge of the spell.
