How to start playing

Playing takes only a few minutes to start

The four English documents form one game system and should be uploaded together. Download them individually or as a complete English package. The English World Guide provides an overview of the heroes, creatures, equipment, magic, and rules.

01

Download the four documents

The complete package is the easiest way to keep the source documents together.

02

Open a new AI chat

Upload the Manual, Bestiary, Magic book, and Equipment catalogue.

03

Say who wants to play

Share the player count, approximate ages, and preferred adventure mood.

04

Vaelor takes over

The AI Game Master guides character creation and opens the first scene.

„We want to start a new adventure for two players aged 7 and 9.“

A guide for parents

An adult prepares the first adventure. Children make the choices.

AI Fantasy Adventure is a website and game reference for parents and other adults. It helps them prepare a shared, spoken fantasy game for children around ages 5–10 — for example, during a long car journey.

1

Prepare before the trip

Download the Manual, Bestiary, Magic book, and Equipment catalogue. Upload all four to a new AI chat that accepts files. An adult prepares the chat; children do not need an account on this website.

2

Choose the tone together

Tell the AI the approximate ages, number of players, and kind of story they would enjoy. You can ask for a calm, cheerful adventure without scary themes. In the car, only a passenger should operate the phone; the driver focuses on the road.

3

Create the heroes

Vaelor guides the group through character creation using the uploaded rules. A child can describe the kind of hero they want to play; the AI handles the calculations and asks the necessary questions.

4

Let the children steer the story

Vaelor describes a scene and asks what the heroes do. Children can suggest their own plans. When an outcome is uncertain, a player chooses a number from 1 to 6 and Vaelor resolves a virtual roll using the rules.

5

Wrap up and continue

An adventure usually has about 5–8 scenes. Combat is never the only solution. At the end, ask Vaelor for a recap; use the campaign handoff instructions in the Manual if you continue later.

Frequently asked questions

What parents ask before the first game

Who is this website for?

Primarily for parents, guardians, and other adults who prepare and guide a shared game. Players are usually children around ages 5–10; the adult can adapt the tone and complexity to the group.

Do we need dice, a map, or printed character cards?

No. The AI makes virtual rolls and describes the setting. The website provides the rules and catalogues; physical dice and a map are not required.

How does a virtual roll work?

Before a roll, Vaelor secretly reshuffles the results assigned to numbers 1–6. The player says one number, then Vaelor reveals the actual result and resolves the action using the rules.

Does every adventure need combat?

No. Players can find other approaches, and Vaelor should move the story forward even after a setback. You can ask for an adventure without combat or scary themes before the game begins.

How long does a first game take?

It depends on the group’s pace. The rules describe an adventure of about 5–8 scenes; you can finish the first session earlier and continue later using the Manual’s campaign handoff.

Do I need to give the AI my children’s names or personal details?

No. The player count, approximate ages, and what kind of game they enjoy are enough. Avoid sending full names or other identifying details to an external AI chat.

Are the downloadable source documents in English?

Yes. All four game documents are available in English: the Manual, Bestiary, Magic & spell catalogue, and Equipment catalogue. Download them individually or together in the complete English package.
