Fire · area offense
Dragon's Breath
Dragon's Breath is a striking advanced fire spell that hits several targets in a cone. Its name conveys its powerful appearance but does not give the caster all the abilities of a dragon. In a story, it is a rare moment that the hero chooses after weighing the situation and the rest of the expedition.
Its use is limited to once per adventure, so it should not be relied on in every encounter. The cone and at most three targets must be defined according to the area-attack rule. One roll is compared separately with each target's magical defense. The strength of the attack does not make it an unlimited weapon against an entire army or a guarantee of victory.
Exact effect: A very powerful area fire attack. One MATK roll is compared separately with each target's MDEF. Bonus: +4 to MATK. Target: a cone; at most 3 targets. Duration: instantaneous. Restrictions: once per adventure; the area-attack rule applies. Using it requires at least Intelligence 11 and Level 7, the appropriate casting ability, and knowledge of this spell. Meeting the numerical requirements alone does not grant knowledge of the spell.
